Joyce Lynne Lacey's educational journey began with an Associate of Arts Degree from Minnesota State College in Fergus Falls. She continued her academic pursuits, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota Morris and a Degree from Lutheran Brethren Seminary, all while working at local radio stations. Lacey also graduated from Barbizon Modeling School on a scholarship. 

As the Director of the June Lynne Lacey Foundation, Ms. Lacey has dedicated her efforts to help and defend vulnerable adults and children, the elderly, disabled and our veterans. Trying to stop the kidnapping, trafficking, abuse and harmful drugging of these precious people. She champions their civil rights, particularly against forced, abusive, for-profit, fraudulent guardianships and conservatorships that strip individuals of all their human rights, freedom, property and life savings. Her Foundation also provides meals, necessities, clothing, groceries, holiday gifts and toys to those in need, as well as scholarships to graduating seniors and playground equipment for physically challenged children. 

Ms. Lacey's talents extend beyond her philanthropic work. She is a talk show host, teacher, model, public speaker, pastor and actress, with appearances in over 22 films and on television. Her remarkable achievements have garnered recognition and honors throughout her career. She has received accolades such as graduating with Highest Academic Distinction and Honors from both Minnesota State College and the University of Minnesota Morris, as well as LB Valedictorian. Her dedication to leadership and community engagement has been acknowledged through awards such as the Leadership Award from the Freedom Resource Center for Independent Living, the Minnesota Council on Disability Exceptional Advocate Award, Marquis Who's Who Award and the Law 2.0 Conference Outstanding Leadership Award. Additionally, she has been honored as a KSTP Sun Country Everyday Hero, Kare11 Eleven Who Care recipient and WCCO Women's Expo Volunteer of the Year. Her outstanding service has been recognized by organizations such as the St. Paul Saints Minor League Baseball team, who awarded her the Community Service Award and the Minnesota State Fair, which presented her with the Fifty-Year Award; just to name a few.

Ms. Lacey's impact extends to her work as an author. She is a Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Barnes and Noble Best-Selling Author and hosts a TV show, "Joyce Lacey Ministries," on both the Now Network and the Daily Gospel Network. Her dedication to shedding light on critical issues is evident through her online presence.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Lacey actively engages in various community organizations. She serves as the Vice President of Community Engagement for the Navy League of the United States, Minnesota Council and holds the role of Vice President of Media Relations for the Submarine League. She is also a member of the Leadership Committee for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and serves on several Committees with the American Legion Auxiliary. She is active with the St. Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation Ambassadors, Minneapolis Aquatennial, St. Paul Winter Carnival Former Queens Organization, the Historical Society, Animal Humane Society, Worldwide Women's Association, Minnesota Women in Film and Television and serves as the Button Chairperson for the local community festival. Lacey passionately participates in numerous charitable events, including the Multiple Sclerosis Society Twin Cities Bike Ride, TRAM, 150 Bike Ride and Walk, the American Diabetes Association Walk, the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race for the Cure, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk and the American Heart Association Walk; just to name a few.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Lacey finds joy in activities such as horseback riding, fishing and golf, further showcasing her vibrant and well-rounded lifestyle.
